All Clearance Products are sold as-is and may include end-of-line stock, surplus materials, cosmetic damage, or non-standard items. Customers are responsible for reviewing CoreRidge’s Delivery, Returns and Refunds Policy prior to placing an order.

Due to the nature of fabrication, materials handling, and manufacturing processes, actual dimensions, weights, finishes and appearance may vary slightly from descriptions, drawings or images.

Pricing & GST

All prices displayed on this website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST, unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, drawings, specifications, images and documentation, remains the sole property of CoreRidge Pty Ltd and must not be duplicated, reproduced or distributed in whole or in part without prior written consent.

Product Information & Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, specifications, technical data and material information prior to purchase. CoreRidge Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for misuse, incorrect application, or suitability assumptions made by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Once payment has been received, orders cannot be cancelled, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery & Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. Where incorrect details are provided and delivery is completed, any additional freight or re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

Delivery Risk & Transit

Customers must ensure availability to receive goods on the first delivery attempt. Goods are supplied at the customer’s risk once dispatched.

CoreRidge Pty Ltd takes reasonable care in packaging; however, no responsibility is accepted for damage caused during transit, weather exposure, site handling, heat, sunlight, or third-party freight handling.

We strongly recommend selecting delivery options requiring a signature on receipt and considering weather and site conditions at the time of delivery.

Delays

Without limiting any other Terms and Conditions, late delivery does not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle the customer to cancel an order or claim damages.

Specifications & Measurements

All specifications, dimensions and weights are approximate only and subject to reasonable manufacturing and material tolerances.

Where units of measure are required, CoreRidge endeavours to comply with National Measurement Institute of Australia requirements. If measurement details are missing or unclear, customers should contact CoreRidge prior to purchase.
